Great service and food

Portions are big and food is decent. I had two tacos, one steak and one pork. They had beans in the steak taco. Why does it have beans?? Anyway, all I want in my tacos is the mean, onions, cilantro, and some salsa. That's it. I didn't expect the beans, but I will definitely request not to include it next time. They also serve tortillas and salsa when you sit, so that's a good bonus.

My preferred spot for quality mexican food. Good place to catch up with friends. The service here is better than most. The bill was appropriate for the quality.

Had the chimichanga. Really loved it. The house made salsa is very fresh and spicy.

Chile Colorado was excellent 👌👌👌 very tender, flavor and robust.

Quaint. Stylish. Comfortable. Extensive menu. Huge portions. Food is great!!! The homemade salsa is supremely spicy. Prices are reasonable. You can eat at the bar or at a table. Restaurant not on main drag. Use maps to locate. Easy though.

Outstanding location for delicious Mexican food. i will be bringing friends next time. the bill was well within reason for the quality.

I used to have a boyfriend who's Aunt owned that restaurant. I have eaten there many times and it was very good. I don't know what happened with the last time I ate there I had a ground beef enchilada and it made me very very sick. The meat was not fresh. I really hate to give a bad review anywhere but I'm sorry I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was good! I had the chicken tacos dinner, they were made just they way I wanted, the only reason for 4 stars is I've had better at other places, the flavors here were lacking a little but vs some other authentic Mexican restaurants. Overall great atmosphere, service and experience!

Wow. Horrible food. I was impressed with yelp and google reviews. So I went. I ordered a very easy meal to make up. Two ground beef enchiladas with rice and beans. After two bites of the enchiladas I couldn't force anymore down. I wanted to leave. But had the decency to pay and walk out. I'm no stranger to Mexican. Foul foul foul tasting food. Waste of $18.

Walked three blocks from my hotel to this place, since it's the only one that was listed as open at 9AM in a desert of closed restaurants. Showed up around 9:15, lights off and door locked. Saw a lady in the kitchen who waved to me and shouted "closed"..... Confusing

Great Juevos Rancheros. We’ll be coming back after next week’s Mass again. Need more wait staff, though. 5 star otherwise.

Love eating at Don Pedro's. LOVE THE MENUDO!!! Friendly service. Everything I've had there is great! Flatuas, Taco's, Chili Verde Plate, Cocido. Maybe not the fanciest place but good people run it.

Don't let appearances fool you, this is solid home cooking located near the downtown hotels and within easy, safe walking distance.Wasn't sure if this was for locals only but the vibe was welcoming, the service like home, prices were totally reasonable, and the carnitas were on point.Total hidden gem and it looked like they do late night street tacos, etc. for when the bars let out.

Amazing food at a really good price. The amount is more than enough as well.Special mention to the beef soup. I would come again for sure

Was expecting authentic Mexican food. Ordered enchiladas, the papas werent cooked,raw and hard as hell, the enchiladas were dry and cold and they served them with lettuce and the chicken was boiled pieces of chicken breast.... not authentic at all. I returned the plate, they didn't offer an apology but sure did give me the bill...

So good! Horchata is homemade and byfar the best I've had in a while. Salsa is spicy and delicious. So glad we stumbled on this place.

A preferred scene for delicious mexican food. Service is consistently above par. Bring your appetite because portions are large.

Authentic Mexican, good food for the price

The lady was nice but she was surprised at the speed of which I ate the burrito (light speed btw). Fantastic place to hide to go when you're hungry, spiked, and trying to run away from Fanime goers.

The food and the service are great

We had mixed reviews of the Mexican food. The beef chimichanga was very good. The meet was salted and marinated well. The guacamole was not very good. It was missing salt and garlic -- surprised they forgot. At least it was fresh avocado. Small restaurant that was not very busy on the weekend.

Had the Cheese Quesadilla lunch special (comes with rice and beans). It was pretty good. Also they give you free chips and salsa. Some of the hottest (spiciest) salsa I have had (but it was good:))! Fast and Friendly service. Family owned and small place with seating at tables and the bar. Reasonable prices.

The food here is excellent but the service and atmosphere leave a lot to be desired. I really liked the salsa and the chimichanga was great. The shredded chicken in the chimichanga was prepared very well. However, the restaurant was pretty plain and was unpleasantly loud. It sounded like there was a leaf blower running in the kitchen the whole time I was there that I assume was some type of blender. The service also wasn’t the best. I had to go up to the counter because I wanted more water and had to flag someone down to pay the bill.

The portion was generous but nothing special as a meal.

I love this place. Its a small little hole in the wall but the food is delicious and the meat is well seasoned. Since I've discovered this place, I've been going every other week.

Spending time with loved ones here was enjoyable. They had an interesting menu and a wonderful meal that was perfectly served by our waiter, Peter, who also accommodated us. The food that we ordered was served exactly on time, hot (not warm) food and so good. All in all, a perfect place where we can enjoy our meals while having a chit-chat with friends and loved ones.

Mexican food just like home... dont let the look of the place fool you, nice and clean. Nice people good service.

If you want to go someplace and where you can pretend asada is ground chuck, enjoy. But don't bother making modifications, they'll completely be ignored. Want rice with that, no rice for you. I work 10 seconds from this place, and even though work picks up the tab I still won't be back. What is wrong with you people around here???... 4.4 stars! LoL

Non-chain Mexican. Beer and wine, Mexican Coca-Cola. Good portion sizes for money spend.Salsas are tasty, gaucamole fresh. Pretty standard overall, I would go back.

The barbacoa & consomé they are great hot,yummy and the service incredible !
